Definitely one of my favorite things to do after a cold winter day at the crag, is to relax in the sauna.Garda Thermae even provides free drinks and little fruit snacks for their sauna guests.

Besides the big and obvious Lago di Garda, there are many small Lakes to cool off on a warm day or just to chill in the grass - some even have a nice little crag nearby.Check the map for locations

What to do on a rainy day?Go bouldering of course!Luckily there is a really cool boulder gym situated in Pietramurata, 14 km north of Arco.Check their website for opening hours.

Arco: Sport Climbing in Arco

The 4th edition of the Arco Sport Climbing Guide is now available. Massone, Nago, Padaro and Terra Promessa have become world-famous in the climbing community. There are countless spots of unique historical significance in Arco and the surrounding area, which are regarded as the birthplaces of sport climbing. But new climbing gardens and routes are also constantly being developed.The climbing guide from September 2024 contains 164 areas, 32 of which are being published for the first time. Discover all the routes in the new guide with colour photo topos, GPS coordinates and detailed descriptions of your favourite areas in Arco and the surrounding area!The climbing guidebook contains a code that can be used to unlock the corresponding digital version in the Vertical-Life Climbing App free of charge for three years.
